Implementing Food Safety Management Procedures
This new qualification is primarily focused on structure and requirements of procedures necessary to comply with food safety legislation. The course is aimed at all owners, managers and supervisors of small to medium sized food businesses and aims to provide adequate knowledge to allow you to structure and implement your own food safety system of choice. To register for this qualification you will need a good understanding of food hygiene and safety.
