Course Overview
This course examines the ways in which negotiation can be
problematic and then moves on to look at various models for
negotiation. It addresses the types of communication skills that
are needed for good negotiation a well as how to prepare for the
meeting, what to do during the negotiation, and how to follow up
afterwards.
