Managing Change
Course Overview
Organisational change requires people to change behaviours, roles
and responsibilities.
When their roles change, people may lose sources of power, information, comfort, resource, status, etc.
This is why people have a tendency to resist the change, or not support it.
This course is essential for anyone who needs to lead or manage organisational change – a re-structure, a new culture, a merger – and needs a solid framework to shape the process. It explores how to start and shape a change process as well as how to revive a faltering one. During the course, you will be introduced to tools and techniques to help you lead and manage your change. You will have the opportunity to reflect on your own challenges and work in small groups to identify how to approach change more effectively
