Course Overview
This course examines the different ways in which groups can be facilitated and the relevant skills that are needed by the facilitator.  The role and key tasks of the facilitator are unpacked while attention is also paid to unpredicted circumstances, negotiation, active listening and steering.  All skills are demonstrated by the trainer and then practiced by the participants.
