Course Overview
Helping people see for themselves where they can improve and guiding them in the process generates much more commitment than simply telling someone that they must improve. This is because when individuals generate their own ideas they become much more committed to carrying out the actions.

Coaching has become a recognised way of increasing and maintaining the performance of people, and is a must have skill for today's leaders. This course will provide a sound introduction to coaching. Whether you use coaching already, or want to add it to your repertoire of skills, this workshop will take you through the fundamentals of the coaching process.
