Self assessment/Personal skills analysis Workshop (Half-day)
This workshop will focus on equipping participants to enable them to have an understanding of their marketable skills. Participants will be able to analyse their key transferable skills and achievements and prepare for the job search process.
Areas covered could include:
- Awareness of personal values, transferable skills, strengths and preferences
- Clarifying interests and motivators
- Establishing priorities and identifying career drivers and objectives
- Assessing personal employability index by identifying skills, expertise etc.
- Confidence building in relation to job preparation
