Course Overview:
Assertive communication is essential for effective performance and well-being in the workplace.
This one day course will help people express themselves clearly and confidently within their work setting

Timing:
Half a day or one full day.

Course Suitable for:
All levels of employees, whether managers or front-line staff, who would benefit from  dealing with challenging situations in a more positive and assertive way

Aims:
This course will introduce a range of practical skills and useful techniques which will enable participants to communicate assertively in the workplace, thus enabling individuals to communicate clearly and confidently, reducing conflict and creating a culture of open communication.

Methodology
A mixture of presentations and exercises utilising lecture; case history working; DVD; group exercises; role play will be utilised to facilitate learning
