TCR Training Ltd, working in partnership with OCR (Awarding Body), offers a wide range of qualifications. All the qualifications listed below have been accredited onto the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) and are endorsed by Skills for Care and Development, the sector body for health and social care.

The qualifications listed are flexible in structure enabling the organisation and individual to choose the optional units which best suit their work situation and job role. The accessible nature of the units means that training can be delivered in bite-sized chunks, providing a flexible approach to learning.

All qualifications are open to learners from the age of 16 onwards, of either gender and there are no entry barriers on grounds of race, creed or previous academic attainment or learning. The units of this qualification describe the level and breadth of performance expected of anyone working in this area.

The Health and Social Care Diplomas directly replace the NVQ and provide candidates with high quality, nationally recognised qualifications. They are vocationally-related, credit-based qualifications that provide valuable opportunities for individuals to develop skills; gain underpinning knowledge and understanding and demonstrate competence in the workplace. They support achievement of Key Skills/Functional Skills/Essential Skills and relate to national occupational standards (NOS). The achievement of the full qualifications will confirm occupational competence and will be the required qualifications for registration and regulation of the workforce.

The OCR Management Suite of Qualifications

The OCR Management suite of qualifications provides candidates with high quality, nationally recognised qualifications. They are vocationally-related, credit-based qualifications that provide valuable opportunities for individuals to develop skills gain underpinning knowledge and understanding and demonstrate competence in the workplace. They support achievement of Key Skills/Functional Skills/Essential Skills and relate to national occupational standards (NOS).

These qualifications have been accredited onto the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF). They are endorsed by Council for Administration, the sector body for Management and Leadership.

These qualifications are designed for managers preparing for or during the first years of their employment at the respective levels. They may also be found to be suitable for more experienced managers who wish to demonstrate their competence in the areas covered by the units from which the qualifications are constructed.

Learning And Development Qualifications
